Using initial design information, we provide detailed budget and cost estimate packages, as well as appointing suitable subcontractors and consultants.

Project and Construction Management
Strata Consult offer Project and Construction management services to all our clients. We are advocates of early contractor involvement, as we believe that this adds real value by coordination of and collaboration with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team.
We Project Manage a full cross range of projects, from pre-construction through to completion. The company has both a QS commercial and PM delivery function, allowing us to understand the most efficient ways to build each project to ensure maximum value is created. We are technical experts in these matters, supporting our clients’ in the acquisitions process prior to project delivery in a development management capacity.
